Q) What are your current store hours?

A) Our store in Orlando, Florida is open Sunday through Thursday 10:30am to 11:00pm, Friday and Saturday from 10:30am to 12:00am.

Our store in Anaheim, California is open Sunday through Thursday 10:00am to 10:00pm, Friday and Saturday from 10:00am to 11:00pm.

Q) How can I see what you have in inventory?

A) We have over 200,000 items of memorabilia in stock and our items change daily. We sell over 300 items from our galleries in a month’s time at both locations, so it’s very hard to keep updating our website. We will be glad to help you find that right item by emailing our Webmaster or calling either location. If there is a particular actor, musician, sports figure or movie that interests you, one of our knowledgeable Sales Associates would be able to help you with trying to find the item you have in mind.

Q) Do you ship the items?

A) Yes, we do ship around the world; prices do vary from item to item depending on size and how the item is shipped. Please call our Sales Associates for specific shipping information.

Q) Do your items come with Certificate of Authenticity? What is your guarantee on your autographs?

A) Yes. Authenticity is of the utmost importance to Starabilias. Our reputation is on the line with every item we sell. We provide you with a Certificate of Authenticity as well as our guarantee of Authenticity. The terms of our guarantee are clearly outlined on each of our Certificates of Authenticity so that you can feel completely comfortable with your purchase.

Q) Do you special order items?

A) We do special order items only asking for a deposit varying on the piece.

Q) Do you have a catalog or a mailing?

A) At this point, we do not have a catalog because our inventory changes daily, but if there is a particular item you are looking for please send us a request and we will get back to you with photos and pricing as soon as we can. You can also contact us at either gallery.

Q) If I am interested in selling a memorabilia item to your company, who do I contact?

A) We at Starabilias work with our runners, who get things signed for us in the field, and only a hand full of collectors that we have known for the last 15 years. While we appreciate your common interest with us in memorabilia, we do not accept any items outside of our current sources.
